We are locals who love to travel and host visitors on Krk Island in Croatia. Robert’s family has lived on Krk island for centuries - The specific spot of the agrotourism used to be a place to stop and refresh during the long days in agriculture, working on olive groves and harvesting.

The road to the beach and bay Sv. Juraj

We have both traveled and lived in other countries before, including Italy, England and New Zealand. In a way, our agrotourism is made for people like us: Nature and food lovers, sun and adventure seekers, travelers from around the globe who want to experience the true Croatia and explore the world away from the stress of city life.

Agroturizam Dvori sv. Jurja includes a few gardens nestled around, with parsley, garlic, lettuce, tomatoes, rosemary, sage….

Between April and October, we hosts guests in the restaurant (open since 2012) and the B&B, with rooms (since 2017) and glamping (since 2019). Once the olive trees are ready for harvest, usually in mid to late October, we start with the olive harvest. Depending on the year, this takes a few weeks or even up to a month and a half. Guests staying in mid-late October can also join us for a day or a few in olive harvesting to try out this tiring, but rewarding, activity!

After the olive harvest, when real winter hits from December to March, we still enjoy visiting a place or two that we haven’t yet seen, going hunting or fishing, and maintaining the facilities and the farm, which is only around 500 metres from the agrotourism, with pigs, chickens, geese, hunting dogs, donkey and horses.

We’ll help you find the best activities and secret spots to visit on the island that we love visiting; Seize the days by exploring the local bike trails, walk the olive groves or the Krk camino which passes right by us, get right up close to the crystal clear water with kayaking or snorkelling or hiring your own boat, taste the wines and olive oils made right here, immerse in the local culture and feel free. How much better can a holiday get?

If you cannot stay with us for a couple of day or longer, then visit us for dinner to enjoy a local meal prepared for you fresh on our terrace, such as barbecue meat from our farm or fresh fish or šurlice (local pasta) with vegetables. A must-try is our traditional peka, perfect with famous local wine Vrbnička žlahtina.
